It's Never Too Late





This blog has been designed for me to share my baking experiences good and bad.  I am not a very confident baker and many years ago i had a bad experience that put me off baking.

But recently i have had the urge to give it a try again.

So, i will share my baking experiments and welcome any tips that anyone has to share.

    Oh gosh, it was many years ago before the children. I made a cake to take round to Neil's parents for Christmas with all the family. I can't remember which recipe book it was from which is a shame as i would like to have another go, from memory it had lots of ingredients including cream cheese in?! We were all sat round having tea and cake and someone decided to point out it wasn't cooked properly in the middle, i was mortified. I never baked again!
